When Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast in 2005

· More than 68,000 homes were completely destroyed

· More 65,000 additional homes suffered major damage

Today, thousands of families remain without homes and without hope.

Camp Biloxi is a ministry of RAI Ministries, committed to restoring faith, home, and community in the name of Jesus Christ.

Camp Biloxi is a ministry in partnership with Recovery Assistance Incorporated, a non-profit disaster relief organization created by the Southern District Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS). Camp Biloxi is dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through building houses, encouraging the brokenhearted and despaired, and training volunteer workers for the mission fields on the Mississippi Gulf Coast recently hit by Hurricane Katrina. Construction efforts are ongoing and service project groups are always welcome. Thanks for visiting this site!
